Cocoa Stencils
Being new to Printeresting, I decided to spend some time with the older posts. Well, we must be like-minded, because I had planned on sharing a very low tech version of the latte printer that Jason discussed a few Fridays back. I’m not sure if this similarity is based in our interest in aesthetics, or our shared love of coffee.
The other day, I stumbled across what is essentially a cocoa stencil. Although it’s a bit toasty outside for me to try this myself, it appears that the image above could be achieved with a bit of mylar, a scalpel/X-acto and some sifted cocoa. I love the idea of laboring over a consumable like hot chocolate. Given that I live in Wyoming, I’ll have a chance soon enough.
